As a repair company, Andritz Den Helder must be able to respond quickly to customer requests. The Lean Management Program therefore matched their desire to serve customers even faster. The Lean tools make it possible to significantly speed up the repair throughput time, while the process could also run much more efficiently. But the quotation lead time could also be addressed. Through the development of a so-called Pricemaker a reduction of throughputtime of 50% could be achieved. Based on this success, Andritz will implement the program for all its repair companies within the EU. A very pleasant and good cooperation between LMP and Andritz!

Betrouwbaar & punctueel bij reparaties!

Als reparatie bedrijf moet Andritz Den Helder snel kunnen reageren bij klant vragen. Het Lean Management Programma paste dus uitstekend bij hun wens om klanten nog sneller te bedienen. De Lean gereedschappen maakt het mogelijk om de reparatie doorlooptijd aanzienlijk te versnellen waarbij tevens het proces ook veel efficiënter kon verlopen. Maar ook de offerte doorlooptijd kon worden aangepakt. Door de ontwikkeling van een z.g.n. Pricemaker kon de doorlooptijd ook hier verkort worden met 50%. Gebaseerd op dit succes zal Andritz het programma voor al zijn reparatie bedrijven binnen de EU gaan doorvoeren. Een zeer prettige en goede samenwerking tussen LMP en Andritz!
