International Lean Champion Training, Wave 2 started!

On special request of a worldwide organization we have organized for the second year the Lean Champion Training Wave 2. An international team joined, people from Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Holland will travel in the next coming period through Europe in order to learn and understand the real way of thinking behind the Lean Management Program. This program is not only containing theory. Also local Kaizen events are organized with this team in order to join forces and get best practice exchange within the international organization in order to help each other to a higher level.

The candidates have been selected carefully as they will be the future change agents for the whole organization. Several directors, MD’s, engineers, logistical but also operational staff is joining this training. It won’t be an easy time. Several assignments during the training, preparations at home office, an exam and a final Lean project with reasonable amount of financial savings must be delivered in order to become a true Lean Champion.

This unique 5 weeks Championship training is developed by LMP. Also the execution of the complete training and guidance of the teams is organized by LMP. Are you interested? Please let us know!
