The Lean Champion Training tackles all facets of the Lean spectrum. Lean in manuafacturing, in office, in development, in order handling, planning, purchasing, service and last but not least finance. How do the regular MRP planning systems relate to Pull and how does procurement look at strategic purchasing. All these activities have common ground with the total picture around Lean and therefore have a big impact on the result or the degree of World Class Performance of your company.
This extensive training program of 5 times 4 days is excellent for (international) medium or large companies which want to boost their Lean program with the help of Lean managers and set up a serious “Continuous Improvement Program”.
The Lean Champion program consists of the following parts:
- Lean Tools (including 5-S, Flow, Kaizens, SMED, TPM, Kanban, VSM)
- Six Sigma tools (including Pareto, Pick chart, Critical-To matrix, SIPOC, Ishikawa)
- Configurator tools (ATO, CTO, ETO)
- Kaizen events (5 times 2 day events in company)
- Business assignment after each training week
- Teach back by candidates about previous lesson material
- Exam / test
- Final assignment with minimum savings (50 – 100 K € per candidate)
