Program
Lean techniques such as Business Value Stream Mapping, Waste Analysis, Poka-Yoke and 5S are the basic ingredients of this training program. How do you recognize the waste in an early stage and with which Lean steps can this be tackled? With practical examples, Lean Office clarifies the underlying theory and doing some practical exercises. We explain the preconditions, presetting, starting points and the management implementation tools . We also pay attention to the required soft skills to successfully guide improvement processes.

The Lean Office – Green Belt Training lasts a total of five days. Between the training days sufficient time is built in for the preparation and elaboration of assignments.
